The RT2534A/RT2534B is an ultra-low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator capable of operating with input voltages ranging from 0.8V to 5.5V and supplying up to 3A of output current. The output voltage of the RT2534A is adjustable from 0.8V to 3.6V, while that of the RT2534B ranges from 0.6V to 3.6V. The VBIAS supply voltage ranges from 2.7V to 5.5V, providing high-efficiency regulation in conditions where the output voltage is very close to the input voltage.The RT2534A/RT2534B implements the EN and PG pins not only for system sequencing but also to indicate the status of the output voltage. This device features reverse-current protection to prevent chip damage during rapid input power-off events. It also integrates input undervoltage-lockout (UVLO), overcurrent protection (OCP), and over-temperature protection (OTP) to prevent fault conditions.The RT2534A/RT2534B is available in the WDFN-10L 3x3 package that features high thermal conductivity, The device is fully specified for operation over the temperature range of TJ = -40°C to 125°C.
